Design beyond a blank template

Your hockey jersey does not have to start and end with a crest on a plain body. Create an identity across the whole garment: angular graphics, tonal textures, gradients, traditional stripes or complex color combinations. How the design becomes a jersey

Dye sublimation transfers the design into a compatible textile using a controlled heat process. The printed panels are made into the garment. For your order, the useful decisions are the approved textile, panel artwork, cut and finishing details—not a generic promise that any image can fit any jersey.

Our core offer is full sublimation. A printed crest or number is part of the artwork; the mockup does not imply an embroidered or tackle-twill application.

Artwork across jersey panels

Treat the front, back, sleeves and shoulders as a connected design, but review each pattern piece. Keep essential lettering clear of seam joins. A line crossing two sewn panels needs alignment review; the artwork proof should not promise perfect continuity at every junction or size.

Color and artwork approval

Supply authorized vector logos where available and identify the intended colors.
Approve front, back and both sleeves, including sponsor placement.
Confirm text contrast at the actual name and number scale.
Use a physical reference or agreed sample step when color matching is critical.

One identity, different cuts

Player and goalie versions need different body and sleeve proportions. Youth sizes also change the available artwork space. Adapt logo scale and graphic placement to each version while preserving the same team identity.

Keep roster personalization in a controlled file, with separate fields for name, number, cut, size and colorway.
