Start with what goes inside
A player equipment bag, goalie equipment bag and small apparel bag are different requirements. Describe the contents, intended dimensions and carrying needs. Do not infer capacity, a load rating, wheels or compartments from a concept image.
Make each bag easy to identify

Coordinate the textile panels
Use the program’s colors and sublimation graphic direction on compatible printed panels, with the actual bag construction reviewed separately. Straps, zippers and structural parts are not interchangeable with printable textile areas.
Approve organization and appearance together
Ask for the proposed dimensions, carrying arrangement and compartment details alongside the visual proof. Then check the player identification list. This connects equipment organization to the club appearance without inventing features.
