Player fit comes before the final roster
A player jersey must be checked over the intended protective equipment. Compare the actual garment measurement chart rather than transferring a casual T-shirt size. Confirm body length, chest width, sleeves and collar direction before assigning final sizes.
Separate youth, adult and goalie rows. A single size column across the whole team can conceal different cuts and measurement systems.
Your colors across the whole garment
Full sublimation lets your team identity extend through the body, shoulders and sleeves. Combine gradients, geometric artwork, stripes and tonal patterns with team logos, sponsor marks, names and numbers. Keep lettering readable against the background and review the front, back and sleeve panels together.
One controlled name-and-number file
- Use one approved spelling and number format per player.
- Record product, cut, size, colorway and quantity on every row.
- Flag late additions separately from the approved roster.
- Assign one person to approve the artwork and the final list.
From a team brief to production approval
Send the product mix, estimated quantities, destination and required arrival date. The next steps are specification review, complete artwork proof, roster approval and confirmation of the quotation and production arrangement. A preferred date is a planning requirement until the schedule is agreed.
