FROM ARTWORK TO APPAREL
Full sublimation, from panels to jersey.
The complete design is developed across garment panels, sublimated into the fabric, then cut and sewn into the jersey. Team artwork, names and numbers are part of the approved panel design.
Garment artwork
Prepare the complete jersey artwork across the front, back, sleeves, shoulders and related panels, including team marks, names and numbers.
Sublimation printing
Print the approved panel artwork onto sublimation transfer media, with the layout prepared for the garment sizes in the order.
Heat sublimation
Transfer the full panel artwork into the selected fabric using the production sublimation process, before garment assembly.
Cutting
Cut the printed fabric into the required garment panels according to the approved patterns.
Sewing & assembly
Sew the sublimated panels together, following the agreed jersey pattern and construction.
Quality check & finished jersey
Check artwork alignment, garment construction, names and numbers against the approved project details.
