Begin with the equipment envelope
Goalie chest-and-arm protection changes the space a jersey needs. A wider body alone is not enough: sleeve width, underarm room, body length and the relationship between those dimensions need review. Start from the intended equipment and a known-fitting goalie jersey where possible.

The wider torso and sleeves change how a player design reads. Rebalance the crest, back number, stripe height and sleeve graphics for the goalie pattern. Full sublimation can carry the same team colors and patterns across both versions without simply stretching a player mockup.
Keep goalie rows separate
List each goalie cut and size independently from the player roster. Include the relevant equipment or reference measurements and identify any junior goalie needs. Confirm the proposed chart and applicable fitting or sample step before production approval.
