How to Order Hockey Uniforms
A coordinated kit starts with separate product requirements and one controlled approval process.
Plan the full kit
Decide which products belong in the project: game and practice jerseys, goalie versions, socks, pant shells and off-ice apparel. A common color scheme does not mean every item uses the same sizing or decoration specification.
A six-stage order workflow

| 6. Shipping | Agreed delivery arrangement and receipt planning |
Keep each product’s sizing separate
Use equipment-based fit checks for on-ice jerseys, check goalie cuts independently, and assess socks and shells against the equipment they cover. Hoodies and jackets need their own off-ice chart. A single S/M/L column for the entire kit is rarely a sufficient specification.
Keep a repeat-order record
- Approved style and artwork revision.
- Material and construction specification.
- Applicable size chart and cut designations.
- Final quantities by product and colorway.
- A separate dated roster for each future addition.
